Abstarct – The system utilizes Current Transformers (CT) on each transformer’s output to monitor the real-time load, converting high currents into measurable voltages for an Arduino microcontroller. The Arduino continuously processes these inputs and compares them against a predefined safety threshold; if the primary transformer exceeds its capacity, the Arduino triggers a Relay to share the load with a secondary transformer or switch to a backup. Simultaneously, an LCD displays the current load values for both units, while a Buzzer provides an immediate audible alert during overload conditions. This setup is integrated with a simulated Transmission Tower structure to represent the distribution network, ensuring that the power flow remains stable without damaging the transformer windings. By automating this “load sharing” process, the system prevents overheating, reduces the risk of power outages, and maintains a balanced supply across the grid.
