By employing a DHT11 sensor for atmospheric monitoring, an LDR for light intensity, and a water level sensor for reservoir management, the system removes the guesswork from traditional gardening. Data is transmitted in real-time to the Adafruit IO server, allowing users to monitor their crops remotely from any location. The core objective is to maximize resource efficiency, specifically water and nutrients, while ensuring the plants never suffer from dehydration or heat stress. This automated approach significantly reduces manual labor and minimizes the risk of human error in maintaining nutrient film technique (NFT) or deep water culture (DWC) setups. Ultimately, this project serves as a scalable prototype for smart agriculture, aiming to increase food security through technological intervention.
