Abstract – The Disaster Alerting and Monitoring System demonstrates the detection of flood, tsunami-related water-level hazards, and earthquake-like vibrations. A water level sensor and transistor activate an LED and buzzer when water rises. A piezoelectric sensor with a 555 timer detects vibrations and triggers an alert. A DC motor creates earthquake-like shaking, helping students understand disaster monitoring and safety awareness.
