Product Description
A wind power working model demonstrates how kinetic energy from wind is converted into electrical energy. The model consists of a turbine with blades mounted on a small DC motor, which acts as a generator. When air flows through the blades, they begin to rotate, turning the internal shaft of the motor. This rotation creates electromagnetic induction inside the motor, producing a small amount of electricity. This generated power is then carried through thin wires to a light-emitting diode (LED) or a small bulb. As the blades spin faster, the LED glows brighter, visually showing the energy conversion process. Such a model is a great way to illustrate renewable energy concepts in a simple and effective manner. It helps students understand that natural resources like wind can be harnessed to power our homes. This project is eco-friendly because it produces zero waste and does not use any harmful fuels. Overall, the windmill model serves as an excellent educational tool for science exhibitions and classrooms.
