Abstarct – This working model powerfully contrasts our planet’s current crises with a hopeful, sustainable future, all crafted from cardboard. On one side, the grim reality is depicted with scenes of land pollution using small trash pieces, deforestation shown with fallen paper trees, and factories made from cardboard boxes with straw chimneys emitting cotton smoke, causing air pollution and acid rain. This side also features a dried-up riverbed representing drought and a polluted water body with blue cellophane littered with waste, highlighting the severe impact of industry. In stark contrast, the other side showcases the green solution through afforestation with newly planted paper saplings and a thriving forest. Renewable energy is emphasized with a cardboard windmill for wind power, a solar panel made from black chart paper and foil for solar power, and its application in a solar-powered mobile tower and street light. The model culminates with a miniature EV car, crafted from cardboard, parked at a charging station powered by the sun, symbolizing a clean, self-sufficient, and eco-friendly environment for the future.
