Abstarct – Old and New Farming

This non-working model presents the evolution of farming from traditional methods to modern technology-based agriculture.
The old farming side shows bullock ploughing, manual sowing, harvesting, and the use of simple tools. The new farming side shows tractors, harvesters, modern irrigation, drones, and smart farming techniques. Made with paper cutouts, colour flex, miniature houses, artificial trees and grasses on a plywood base, it provides an easy visual comparison.
