The rapid escalation of global digitization has seamlessly integrated technology into daily life, but it has simultaneously exposed individuals to a sophisticated matrix of cyber threats and financial fraud. This interactive, physical cybersecurity awareness model is explicitly engineered to bridge the critical gap between complex digital vulnerabilities and public understanding by transforming abstract threats into a tangible, visual narrative. By targeting five high-risk vectors—mobile security, computer network security, digital arrest scams, ATM PIN exploitation, and predatory lottery fraud—the project serves as a comprehensive educational hub. Utilizing physical structures built from sunboard and paper print cutouts, the model provides an immersive, three-dimensional simulation that breaks down the anatomy of cyber attacks. It emphasizes how easily human psychology and technical loopholes are exploited by malicious actors in real-world scenarios. Ultimately, this project acts as a proactive social tool, shifting the cybersecurity paradigm from reactive damage control to preventive education, thereby empowering students, consumers, and the community to navigate the modern digital landscape with resilience, vigilance, and safety.
Apparatus Required
Plywood Base (Main Support): A sturdy, high-density wood sheet serving as the rigid foundation to support the weight of the entire layout and keep the structural zones perfectly aligned.
Sunboard Sheets (Core Structural Material): Lightweight yet durable plastic-foam boards used to construct rigid panels, backdrops, partition walls, and the primary bodies of the electronic equipment models.
Paper Print Cutouts (Visual Graphic Overlays): High-resolution color prints detailing computer screens, mobile interfaces, ATM keypads, scam messages, and instructional warning labels pasted onto the structural shapes.
Glue Gun and Silicone Glue Sticks (Fastening Agent): A high-temperature thermal adhesive tool used for rapid, high-strength bonding of the sunboard panels, cardboard structures, and heavy layout elements to the base.
Miniature Cardboard Houses (Simulated Environments): Small pre-fabricated or hand-cut boxes representing residential homes, commercial bank buildings, and hacker dens to ground the simulation in a real-world context.
Artificial Trees and Grasses (Environmental Landscaping): Synthetic green foliage and textured grass mats used to fill empty spaces, create realistic external surroundings, and enhance the visual aesthetic of the model.
Connecting Wires (Decorative and Functional Layout Routing): Stranded or single-core insulated copper wires routed between stations to visually represent internet connectivity, data pathways, and network vulnerabilities across the model grid.
