Abstarct – The project operates by converting mechanical stress into electrical energy using piezoelectric transducers, which generate a small AC voltage when compressed or vibrated. This captured energy is typically low, so it is first passed through a bridge rectifier to convert it to DC and stored in a capacitor or a small battery for stability. Once a sufficient charge is accumulated, the DC power is fed into a basic inverter circuit, which usually employs a switching transistor (like a TIP31 or MOSFET) and a center-tapped transformer. The inverter oscillates the DC signal to create a high-frequency AC output, which the transformer then steps up to a higher voltage. This allows the system to power small AC loads, such as an LED bulb, effectively demonstrating the transition from a footstep or vibration to household-level electricity.
