Abstarct – The project demonstrates the process of creating a plastic road from waste plastic. It begins with the waste plastic collection section, where miniature vehicles transport plastic waste. This is followed by a washing station and a cutting and mixing area to prepare the material. Next, the prepared plastic moves to the melting stage, which is represented by a miniature industry model featuring a sunboard motor for moving parts and a red light to simulate the fire flame or heat source. The melted plastic is then channeled to the section for mixing with stone aggregates, creating a composite material. Finally, the material is shown being transferred to the road site, where miniature roller vehicles and workers figures are depicted in the process of laying and compacting the new plastic road, effectively showcasing the entire cycle from garbage to sustainable infrastructure. The use of labeled sections and small functional elements, like the red light, helps illustrate each step clearly.
